A quality and renowned chocolatier on the peninsula, with beautiful and good products. There is something for the eyes as well as the taste buds, especially for this Easter period.

This chocolatier is an institution in La Baule. Excellent products and very good quality The welcome is excellent. I highly recommend this establishment.

I have known this pastry chef for several years, but I have never taken the time to leave a review, and he deserves 5/5. As much as the pastry chefs, the sales department, the social media department. Their pastries (especially the vanilla cloud for my little indulgence and the absolutely chocolate for my partner), and their macaroons (my favorite hazelnut and caramel coated with chocolate) are exquisite. The email sales service (Mathilde) and the social network service (Julie Roussel) are very responsive and understanding. They were quick to deal with requests, and small service errors (but errors are human and we have actions in return on their part). I will continue to come to their house during each of my visits to La Baule. Thanks to them. A special mention also for the flan sold in their Yummy bakery. ☺️

The Christophe Roussel pastry shop is a must in La Baule! Their creations are a pleasure, both for the eyes and the taste buds. For this New Year, we ordered two cakes to share: a “Fireworks” and an “Absolutely chocolate”. As usual, it was a treat. Special mention to the Fireworks accompanied by its mango coulis which was divinely light. If you are passing through La Baule and want a pastry, you now know where to go! 😃

Un lieu magnifique et délicieux. Nous sommes venus hier avec mon mari, avons testés le très joli salon de thé, nous sommes revenus aujourd’hui pour le chocolat viennois et les gâteaux. Des personnes qui s’occupent de vous avec le sourire et bcp d’amabilité et d’élégance malgré le monde en cette période de fête. Des tarifs raisonnables pour une très grande qualité. Une seule envie … revenir. Merci pour cette belle découverte.

De passage à la Baule, en cette fin de décembre 2023. Nous avons déguster la mousse au chocolat c'est une tuerie 😍😋 Financier pistaches framboises très succulent et celui tout chocolat extra . Et nous avons pris la baguette Petrissante et des croûtons aromatiques tout était excellent.. Merci Monsieur Roussel quel talent 👍 Nous avons fini l'année en illuminent et regaler nos papilles grâce à vous .. 😋😋😋😋 Nous sommes de Saumur .
