My students, the guide and I, the French teacher, were overwhelmed by the welcome given by all the employees, without exception, who are friendly, welcoming and attentive to their customers. Without forgetting breakfast and dinner: a large sweet and savory choice to satisfy even the most picky eaters. There is something for everyone, even those allergic to gluten (gluten-free bread), of course if you indicate this from the start by filling out the reservation form for your school group. The kitchen and cleaning staff also very helpful and smiling. The presentation of the buffet and desserts: a gastronomic presentation! AMAZING!!! Let's not forget the extra services, namely: a piano available to customers, rest rooms, games rooms and board games as well as lively evenings on Thursdays. What more! Ciarus is comparable to a 3 star and 4 star hotel for dessert presentation!="der Hammer! HERVORRAGEND!" All this in a friendly atmosphere. We stayed at this hotel for our final trip and were very satisfied. The food at the buffet offered a diverse selection to suit every taste. Both my students and I were pleasantly surprised by the quality and taste of the food. Particularly noteworthy were the healthy options, which were ideal for young guests. The staff was always friendly, helpful and courteous. They patiently answered any questions my students and I had and gave us valuable tips on activities in the area. Your professionalism contributed significantly to a pleasant stay. The location of the hotel was also ideal for our needs. It was close to attractions and leisure options which was perfect for a school group. The connection to public transport was also good. As far as cleanliness goes, the hotel was spotless. The rooms and common areas were always clean and tidy, ensuring a pleasant stay. The only small suggestion I have for improvement concerns the storage space for luggage in the rooms. Additional storage space would have to be created for luggage. I would be happy to recommend your hotel!

Hello, we came as a group (20 people). Very well located hotel, close to lots of cultural places and shops. Nothing to complain about the cleanliness of the place, as well as the food. Everything was great and we had a great time.

Reasonable price, friendly service, clean room... But it's noisy... The staff doesn't seem to stop the noise. Other than that, really nice accommodation. It was a bit far from the station and major attractions, but it wasn't a problem. Hotel level, not hostel. Recommended.

Everything is perfect, the welcome, the location, the cleanliness of the rooms and the quality of the establishment's restaurant (lots of choice).

Formidable ! Nous avons été accueillis par une équipe très dynamique et toujours disponible afin d'organiser notre congrès de travail. Les salles de séminaires sont très confortables ainsi que les chambres. Le rapport qualité/prix pour une ville comme Strasbourg est optimum. Les plus, sans hésiter : la restauration, l'écolabel bien sûr et la décoration de l'établissement qui permet à des artistes locaux d'exposer ! Génial !

Séjour scolaire avec 64 élèves qui ont trouvé les chambres super agréables et la nourriture très très bonne! Ils nous ont dit: ''mais merci d'avoir choisi cette auberge, nous sommes vraiment gâtés ici''! Nous y retournerons sans doute l'an prochain pour le même séjour!
