Excellent experience at the Hilton Strasbourg bar. A huge thank you to Ophélie, a fantastic bartender: professional, friendly, efficient, and with a genuine sense of service. The cocktails are perfectly crafted, and the warm welcome truly makes all the difference. You feel comfortable, well-advised, and served with care. I highly recommend it.

Disappointed by my H Burger; while it tasted good, it was served simply with a portion of frozen fries. It didn't live up to the hotel's standard or the price. When I arrived, my table wasn't clean, even though there were only six customers in the restaurant with three servers.

02/05/2026: Fantastic experience at Nooi! The team is truly wonderful, always welcoming and smiling. The owner is very generous; he doesn't hesitate to give things away, which is really appreciated. Plus, everyone is always polite and respectful. I highly recommend it; they've had some new additions, and the pasta is delicious! I highly recommend it.

17/04/2026: Very attentive server, very nice interior decor, not loud or noisy, food served quickly and very tasty and reasonably priced. Raphael was most excellent
16/04/2026: A big thank you to the chef, who was able to accommodate our requests and prepared some delicious dishes for us. The portions were generous and the presentation was beautiful. The service was just average, but the quality of the food more than made up for it. Thank you again for this truly delightful dining experience.
