Ciasa Mia sur Paris

It's rare for a restaurant to leave such a lasting impression. At Casa Mia, dinner is a true experience, both personally and in terms of cuisine. Samuel and Francesca are incredibly generous and, in my opinion, embody the very definition of hospitality. We were a table of 10, with some rather complex requests, and everything was handled with remarkable care, generosity, and kindness. In the kitchen, the journey is just as memorable: an immersion in the flavors of Tyrol and the Dolomites, right in the heart of Paris. The dishes are delicate, surprising, and precise, without ever trying too hard. Everything is just right. This was our second visit, and it was just as exceptional as the first, which is undoubtedly the highest compliment one can pay a restaurant. I was fortunate enough to attend hotel school and work in Michelin-starred establishments. I can say without hesitation that Casa Mia is one of the best places I've ever eaten. A truly special place, where you come for the food, but where you leave especially remembering the people who make it happen.

This was the most extraordinary trip I've ever had in Paris: immersion in a culture between Italy and Austria, immense and intense happiness, poetic delicacy in every dish and explosions of incredible flavors, exceptional souls, a unique encounter, treat yourself to this gift!!!

We chose Ciasa Mia in the 5th arrondissement to celebrate my sister's 18th birthday, and it was a complete success. From the moment we arrived, the intimate and welcoming atmosphere set the tone for the evening: calm, cozy, and ideal for enjoying a quiet family moment without the usual hustle and bustle of larger restaurants. The service lived up to our expectations, attentive from beginning to end without ever being intrusive. There was a real attention to detail, which made the celebration even more special. As for the food, everything was excellent: carefully prepared, flavorful dishes that reflected true Northern Italian culinary expertise. Each plate was a delight. A huge thank you to the entire team for helping make this birthday a truly memorable occasion. We highly recommend Ciasa Mia to anyone looking for an intimate setting and quality cuisine for their special events.

My favorite restaurant in Paris. We go there for our special moments as a couple. Samuel and Francesca are fabulous hosts who welcome you to their chalet-style restaurant in the heart of the Panthéon district. Near the Foucault pendulum, you'll find the Place de la Grande Cuisine des Dolomites, featuring incredible techniques (emptied egg yolk stuffed with broth, ice creams and syrups made with ingredients foraged from their country house, steaming cooked to perfection...). When the cheese course is offered, give in to temptation, even if just to try the Carublu. And don't leave without tasting their coffee, best enjoyed strong. A perfect place to share a special moment with the person you love most.

An absolutely memorable culinary experience on Rue Laplace. Everything was perfect from start to finish. We particularly appreciated the finesse of the dishes, especially the elegant presentation with its touch of green sauce and beautifully prepared side dishes. Each bite was a delightful surprise. The setting is understated, warm, and truly pleasant for enjoying such a meal. A must-visit for lovers of fine cuisine in the 5th arrondissement. We will gladly return.

We have had many meals at Ciasa Mia, and every one of them absolutely perfect. Samuel’s seasonal menu is always full of delightful surprises and never ceases to amaze us with his creativity. Francesca treats you like you are a guest in their home. No matter how full the restaurant is, every table benefits from her warm reception and attentive service. We visit Paris at least four times per year and never miss a visit to our home away from home, Ciasa Mia.
