Esperienza unica nel suo genere, ambiente curato e molto accogliente, reso soprattutto dal servizio attento e delicato. Menu 7 tempi equilibrato e in grado di far viaggiare la mente, lo spirito e le papille gustative. Una piacevole scoperta e un notevole ristorante dove ritornare sicuramente.

The Dolomites, in northeastern Italy, may not be an area well known to tourists, but this restaurant provides a fascinating introduction to its cuisine. This was one of the best meals I can recall in Paris. Francesca will provide you with a wealth of information on the food and on the region. The name, Ciasa Mia, also reflects the local Ladin language.

חוויה גסטרונומית יוצאת דופן. קונספט מיוחד רק של ארוחת טעימות התגלה כתענוג גדול - לתת לשף להפתיע אותך במנות מקוריות ואיכותיות במיוחד. לקחנו את תפריט הטעימות של 85 יורו, ונהנינו מכול מנה. מנת החלמון הממולא - ביס מפתיע מקורי ומושלם. חסה מבושלת עם כמהין - טעים ומיוחד, מנת faraona - עוף בר - בשר עסיסי וטעים שלא הכרתי. והכי הכי.. היחס והשירות החם ומלא התשוקה של המארחת (אישתו של השף) - העצים את החוויה, והפך אותה למושלמת. מומלץ ביותר!

After trying every Michelin Stars in Paris (follow me for the reviews) in 365 days and in between the 3 stars challenge, I went to this restaurant because my PT kept suggesting it. He was right.
So, the usual question , what’s interesting here?
The spirit.
There’s a strong spirit in this restaurant. Not just because of the costumes or the design. No it’s beyond that. They love their culinary roots, love to share their regional products but they do want to add a personal touch. I guess the two dishes where you really can sense it are the egg and the dessert. He is also attracted by “terre mer”, playing with textures etc… You are in a true gastronomic restaurant hidden behind the chalet spirit. By the way, you’ll also appreciate that the vegetables are grown for their own garden. I won’t start speaking about the couple managing the restaurant, they are too nice to be described.
We had a great night. And I guess that the main point. It doesn’t have a star ( it’s in the Michelin which is already a selection and an important criteria…) but you’ll forget your worries for a while and enjoy the night.
Strongly recommended
Update 2023 : came back. As great as the previous time. I also noticed that aside from two dishes, the rest changed. So you can go back and you won’t have the same dishes.

Sono passati 11 anni dall’ultima volta e ieri abbiamo ritrovato i titolari con la stessa voglia, gentilezza, sorriso, attenzione e professionalità di allora. Credo sia quasi impossibile dopo tanti anni di attività. Tantissimi complimenti!!! Ah dimenticavo…il cibo è sempre al top. Bravi bravi bravi. 👏👏👏👏

Excellent dîner en 5 temps, fraîcheur, subtilité des goûts, accueil irréprochable et très attentionné, vins parfaits. Mention spéciale pour le jaune d'œuf rempli de bouillon de moules (...) Tout était délicieux! Merci Samuel et Francesca!

Der Anlass war der 70. Geburtstag! Das Essen war phantastisch und die einzelnen Gänge waren sowohl originell als auch ungewöhnlich. Für das Auge und den Gaumen ein Erlebnis. Das Essen war teuer, aber in Anbetracht des Aufwandes und dem Geschmackserlebnis durchaus angemessen. Die Chefin bedient selbst, spricht auch englisch und deutsch und macht das wunderbar.
