Cibo, France sur Dijon

I visited several Michelin starred restaurants, including William Frachot with two stars, but Cibo was the most inspiring and special of them all. Not only was the food extraordinary with lots of exiting and surprising elements, I also enjoyed the perfect wine pairing with some masterpieces of young and daring wine makers. Much more enjoyable than the more old style Burgundy stars I met in several wine tastings.

What an amazing dinner! Each course was thoughtfully prepared and presented-what a treat! The service was wonderful too! A must visit in Dijon!
