An excellent place that's definitely worth the detour. The meat is particularly flavorful, perfectly marinated and seasoned, without the excess salt sometimes found elsewhere. The sandwich is generous yet very well-balanced: each ingredient has its place and the whole thing is truly delicious. Add to that very reasonable prices, and you have a kebab of exceptional quality. A wonderful discovery that I recommend without hesitation!

A must-try in Bitche! A place with a strong identity, where you can certainly find excellent pizzas, but the kebab reigns supreme. They don't hide behind enticing words like "Restaurant"; the kebabs are beautiful and visible. The vegetables are fresh. You can now also enjoy homemade chocolate mousse and crème brûlée, both delicious. I highly recommend it.

Overall, a great experience! Warm welcome! Pleasant dining room! Several tables inside provide shelter from the elements. Tables for two, four, or six people. Approximately 30 covers. A pleasant surprise to find clean and well-equipped restrooms with everything needed for good hygiene. Suggestion: One thing to improve, in my opinion, would be to offer fries without salt! Thank you for the warm welcome!

A first try that was more than successful!! We each ordered a kebab and fries to go and frankly, we weren't disappointed. Very good and very generous portions with excellent service.

I was truly amazed, a real surprise! I don't usually like Greek food, but this was absolutely delicious and very clean, not to mention the attentive customer service from the elderly gentleman, worthy of a 4-star rating.

17/05/2026: We had lunch at "Le Strasbourg" restaurant this Sunday! The decor is both charming and welcoming. The dishes are a burst of flavor, and each bite is a delightful surprise. You can tell the flavor combinations are perfectly thought out, and the presentation is equally refined. We had a dedicated and energetic waiter, and we appreciated him taking care of our table. The only downside was his colleague (probably the manager) who wasn't very welcoming… We will definitely be back to try a new menu with new flavors! Well done to the chef! 👨‍🍳
22/03/2026: We have dined at Le Strasbourg in Bitche several times, and each time every course of our meal was of exceptional quality, delighting us with the wonderful creations of the chef, who runs the hotel restaurant with his wife. The atmosphere at Le Strasbourg is sophisticated yet pleasantly relaxed and welcoming. The owner manages the service with aplomb and a good sense of humor, and for her, as for the entire staff, guest satisfaction is paramount. We hope to enjoy many more wonderful meals at Le Strasbourg.

25/01/2026: Honestly, nothing to complain about, very good pizza, tacos, and kebabs (the salmon pizza is a must-try). The manager is super welcoming. I recommend it.
