The food was, as usual, of a very high standard. Unfortunately, the service was unsatisfactory this time. Hectic, inattentive, and unfriendly. There were sometimes long waits for drinks, the menu, and the bill.

A very good restaurant. The menus and dishes are of high quality and very good. The selection and preparation of the ingredients reflect the chef's high level of skill. A pleasant, quiet atmosphere where you can enjoy the exceptionally good food in peace. I highly recommend it. 👍⭐

I went there for dinner and the experience was impeccable. The dining room was beautifully decorated and welcoming. The dishes were very well presented and delicious, and the value for money was excellent. I highly recommend it!

We had a golf package with our group. We had a suite at the hotel, and I have to admit, we've never had such a beautiful room. The suite is lovingly designed and furnished with great attention to detail. The five-course menu left nothing to be desired, and we were served with several special treats from the kitchen. The service throughout the menu was very friendly, and the communication with Les Strasbourg beforehand was also very friendly. We give it 5 stars and will definitely return to Le Strasbourg.

07/04/2026: A huge thank you to the whole team, and especially Maxime! Thanks to you, our son's christening was incredible, everyone had a wonderful time, and we had an unforgettable day! I highly recommend them!
30/03/2026: We're so glad we ignored the negative reviews before booking. We spent four nights there exploring the surrounding area. The initial welcome was a little cold, but within ten minutes, we were in good spirits. The rooms aren't huge, but they were perfectly adequate. Our dog was very welcome (at no extra charge). And the restaurant... We don't usually eat at the hotel every night to try out the local restaurants, but we enjoyed excellent food there all four evenings. Very reasonable prices. Excellent and friendly service. With a few degrees warmer, it would have been lovely to be able to enjoy the terrace. So, no regrets about this booking. We'd gladly return with friends.
