68 euros for a four-course menu. This included three elaborate amuse-bouches, delicious bread (refilled regularly), sorbet before the main course, and sweets after dessert. Everything seemed homemade and handcrafted. Beautifully presented. Taste-wise, it was perfect! Only the asparagus with the liver was a bit bland. Beautifully set tables, cloth napkins, and tablecloths were a given. The service was discreet and attentive. However, not all staff members were professionals or fluent in the local language. The guests were German, which is hardly surprising. For that price, you could get a mediocre three-course meal in Germany; if you're lucky, you might even get a dry roll left over from breakfast. Bravo for this menu! For this level of effort at this price point! Our expectations were far exceeded! Thank you!

We've been to this restaurant twice for colleagues' retirement parties held there. The food and service were of very high quality. The staff were pleasant and smiling. The restaurant's decor is refined. No complaints whatsoever. Well done! 👍👏

We had lunch at "Le Strasbourg" restaurant this Sunday! The decor is both charming and welcoming. The dishes are a burst of flavor, and each bite is a delightful surprise. You can tell the flavor combinations are perfectly thought out, and the presentation is equally refined. We had a dedicated and energetic waiter, and we appreciated him taking care of our table. The only downside was his colleague (probably the manager) who wasn't very welcoming… We will definitely be back to try a new menu with new flavors! Well done to the chef! 👨‍🍳

A wonderful discovery. Both the hotel and the town were excellent. A very pleasant one-night stay in room #8, Oak. Large room. Extremely quiet. No noise from outside or from neighboring rooms, and a large bay window with a shutter—worth mentioning, as this is rare—overlooking the hillside. Unlimited coffee, cappuccino, etc., throughout our stay. A minor drawback was the breakfast, which was a bit pricey for the quality and quantity offered.

We have dined at Le Strasbourg in Bitche several times, and each time every course of our meal was of exceptional quality, delighting us with the wonderful creations of the chef, who runs the hotel restaurant with his wife. The atmosphere at Le Strasbourg is sophisticated yet pleasantly relaxed and welcoming. The owner manages the service with aplomb and a good sense of humor, and for her, as for the entire staff, guest satisfaction is paramount. We hope to enjoy many more wonderful meals at Le Strasbourg.

The food was, as usual, of a very high standard. Unfortunately, the service was unsatisfactory this time. Hectic, inattentive, and unfriendly. There were sometimes long waits for drinks, the menu, and the bill.

A very good restaurant. The menus and dishes are of high quality and very good. The selection and preparation of the ingredients reflect the chef's high level of skill. A pleasant, quiet atmosphere where you can enjoy the exceptionally good food in peace. I highly recommend it. 👍⭐
