Very nice menu discovery. The puree was unfortunately much too salty with the main course, but otherwise there was nothing to complain about. The dessert was surprising with herb sorbet and chocolate ganache

The food and wine were great. The advice from the waiter egarding wine pairing was excellent. However, we were left waiting quite a long time when we arrived for our 7 pm booking, there was no sign of any staff. We were served a meal which was ordered by another table, one of us had already started to eat it when it was suddenly taken away, there was no apology!
