We had lunch at Le Bordeaux last Monday for my husband's birthday, and once again, we had a wonderful time. We love having lunch at Le Bordeaux because the service is always impeccable. This time again, everything was perfect for a delightful meal. A big thank you to Raphaële, who looked after our table of five with great professionalism. She was smiling, attentive, and very pleasant throughout the entire meal. We also appreciated the pace of the meal: very little waiting between courses, water always replenished at the right time, and bread regularly offered throughout the lunch, without even having to ask. It's these little touches that make all the difference. A special mention goes to the thoughtful gesture for my husband's birthday: a few canelés accompanied by a candle, brought with great discretion and elegance. A simple gesture, but one that truly touched us. A truly wonderful place that we always enjoy returning to. We will gladly come back.

The table was reserved for my husband's 75th birthday. A deposit was requested in advance. The initial contact by phone was pleasant. We had a nice, comfortable table for five people. However, the young man who was responsible for our table seemed more interested in the other guests. The ordered bottle of wine was placed on the table without being poured. Essentially, it was self-service! For dessert, we ordered crème brûlée, which was on the menu but not in the kitchen. It was a very unpleasant evening, and I absolutely cannot recommend this restaurant unless you are a regular.

We had lunch at Le Bordeaux - steamed cod and chicken supreme...sounds much more alluring in French but heyho...the quality of ingredients and flavour in both meals was exceptional. Totally enjoyed the experience, which was enhanced by the friendly staff...very comfortable and relaxed ambience...

We had dinner at Le Bordeaux on Sunday evening. We had a wonderful time. The food was incredible, especially the lamb shanks, which were a big hit. We especially want to thank Émilien for his impeccable service and kindness. We will gladly return.

The Burgundians settled in the Dordogne, and to unwind, they headed to Bordeaux. Arriving late morning, they enjoyed cocktails followed by lunch. Perfect on the terrace with beautiful sunshine and a refreshing breeze. The best part? @HUGO, who, beyond the impeccable service, is down-to-earth, approachable, and always smiling. Thanks again for a wonderful time. See you soon.

Excellent dinner. Great atmosphere and delicious food! We were served by Hugo.

Overall, a very good experience, especially thanks to the young servers who were lovely and very professional – well done to them! 👏 However, it was a shame to see the manager reprimanding them in front of the customers; it was quite awkward and disrespectful. We also felt there was a difference in treatment between tables, which left a slightly bitter taste. PS: The rum baba was only served at the most upscale tables by the head waiter. Let's hope these points improve, because the front-of-house team truly deserves recognition.

Excellent service from Noémie, Geoffrey, and Romain. They were quick and efficient, nothing negative to say! It was our first time at the brasserie and it won't be the last. A big thank you also to the kitchen team, whose names I unfortunately didn't get; the dishes were excellent and prepared incredibly quickly. Really, nothing to complain about! The servers and the kitchen team truly reflect the quality of the hotel, and that's fantastic! We had a wonderful time, and we'll definitely be back!
