We loved it, it was delicious and the staff were lovely.

The food was good, but the service was far too rushed. We came for lunch as a couple, hoping to enjoy a pleasant meal and take our time. However, the pace of the service was truly disappointing. Thirty minutes after we arrived at the restaurant, the main courses were already on the table. We had ordered cocktails, several appetizers to share, etc. Needless to say, we didn't have time to taste the cocktails before the appetizers arrived, and after we'd swallowed the last bite, fork still in hand, they practically pounced on us to move on to the next course 😅 And what's more, we were repeatedly asked if we had finished, even though our plates were still full…🥲 For an establishment of this caliber, and considering the price of the bill, we expect to be able to enjoy the moment, without feeling pressured to vacate the table as quickly as possible. It's a real shame, because the food was good and the staff was pleasant. But in this type of establishment, the service shouldn't just be efficient; it should also allow customers time to enjoy their meal. Ultimately, this is what significantly marred our experience.

We had a wonderful time at this establishment! From the moment we arrived, the welcome was warm and the atmosphere very pleasant. As for the food, there was a minor hiccup that was quickly rectified, and the dishes were fresh and flavorful, with elegant presentation. The service was impeccable from beginning to end, attentive without ever being intrusive. Special mention goes to Alex, who greeted us with great professionalism: smiling, available, and always thoughtful. It's this kind of attention that makes all the difference.

We have eaten in the Bar Victor many times -- the Orangerie as it is now called. Today's meal on the terrace of Le Bordeaux with four people for lunch good for three of us. The roasted vegetable salad was delicious as was the cabillaud. The service was exemplary. However, the diner ordered a burger asking for medium and it arrived very, very well done. They took it back and brought another, about 20 minutes later. I have had the burger twice in the Orangerie and this was not the same. It is significantly smaller and has different ingredients. While the bun and the rest of it looked good, the meat was about one centimeter think! Definitly a change from the same dish I had and enjoyed. I asked in the Orangerie and was told that the same people prepare the food for the barsserie and the Orangerie.

We had lunch at Le Bordeaux last Monday for my husband's birthday, and once again, we had a wonderful time. We love having lunch at Le Bordeaux because the service is always impeccable. This time again, everything was perfect for a delightful meal. A big thank you to Raphaële, who looked after our table of five with great professionalism. She was smiling, attentive, and very pleasant throughout the entire meal. We also appreciated the pace of the meal: very little waiting between courses, water always replenished at the right time, and bread regularly offered throughout the lunch, without even having to ask. It's these little touches that make all the difference. A special mention goes to the thoughtful gesture for my husband's birthday: a few canelés accompanied by a candle, brought with great discretion and elegance. A simple gesture, but one that truly touched us. A truly wonderful place that we always enjoy returning to. We will gladly come back.

The table was reserved for my husband's 75th birthday. A deposit was requested in advance. The initial contact by phone was pleasant. We had a nice, comfortable table for five people. However, the young man who was responsible for our table seemed more interested in the other guests. The ordered bottle of wine was placed on the table without being poured. Essentially, it was self-service! For dessert, we ordered crème brûlée, which was on the menu but not in the kitchen. It was a very unpleasant evening, and I absolutely cannot recommend this restaurant unless you are a regular.
