We had a wonderful time on the guided tour of Les Cordeliers. Exploring the cloister and underground cellars was fascinating and very well explained. A big thank you to Camille, our guide, who made the tour lively, interesting, and enjoyable. The welcome was warm from beginning to end, and the tasting of Crémant de Bordeaux to conclude the tour was a real bonus. A truly wonderful experience that we highly recommend!

The electric bike rental service is exceptional. We had a flat tire and they came to change the bike for us in five minutes. The ride around the area is absolutely worth it.

11/08/2026: I had a wonderful time last night at this restaurant. The cuisine was excellent and refined, the ingredients were high quality, the setting was beautiful, and the wine pairing recommendations were spot-on. The welcome was very friendly, everything was perfect for a pleasant meal. An experience to be repeated! Thank you!
08/08/2026: The staff are wonderful. The food is amazing with great presentation and colours. The price is very good value. They were very accommodating for my nut allergy, despite the set menu (I did inform them in advance when booking). I really recommend!

18/07/2026: They say the sky is full of stars. Well, our eyes were filled with them too. What a moment! In the heart of the village of Saint-Émilion, nestled in a refined setting of stone and beautiful trees, the cuisine is worthy of a Michelin star: creative, precise, and full of delicacy and emotion. The wine pairing is as ambitious as it is daring, showcasing the diversity of French wines, from Bordeaux, of course, to Provence and the Pyrénées-Orientales. And what can we say about the dessert... An absolutely magical combination of strawberry, meringue, and violet. It's undoubtedly one of the best desserts we've ever had the pleasure of eating. A truly wonderful way to end an already exceptional meal.
