We enjoyed an excellent lunch at Le Tertre. The service was impeccable, the ambiance perfect, and each course was beautifully presented and tasted divine. The recommended wine, Chateau Zaya, perfectly complemented our meal and, at the end of our meal, a taxi was booked on our behalf so we could catch our train back to Bordeaux. Parfait, merci beaucoup!

The restaurant came highly recommend by our friends and we were very happy to follow their recommendation. Great place for a romantic dinner or for dinner with a larger group. Pairing of food and wine is available and I highly recommend it. Would definitely return.

If it were possible to give it more than 5 stars, I would gladly do so. The cuisine is refined and original, with unexpected flavors and a beautiful use of citrus fruits; it's a truly enjoyable dining experience. Add to that impeccable service and a warm welcome, and you have all the ingredients to make you want to return. Thank you, Le Tertre!

Too much foam on everything. It is nice but not when you cover all the ingredients with it. You’ll have to guess what you are tasting the fish or the foam for example.

23/04/2026: First class restaurant experience. The service was impeccable and was only outshone by the innovative & delicious dishes. Great wine list. We sat outdoors and the terrace was quiet and private.
12/04/2026: L’Huitrier Pie in Saint-Émilion is easily one of the best dining experiences I’ve had over the years traveling through France, and yes, it’s featured in the Michelin Guide. First off, Saint-Émilion itself is a UNESCO World Heritage village near Bordeaux, widely known for the quality of its wines. While it can get crowded at times, the setting alone already puts you in the right mood. From there, the restaurant delivers across the board, beautiful setting, well-paced service, attentive staff, and outstanding food and wine. What really stands out is the value: for this level of quality, the price point is surprisingly reasonable. All in all, a true 5-star experience.
