Club spirit sur Saint-Etienne

For a Monday night, it was really busy and had a great atmosphere. The waitress was lovely and always smiling, and the drinks selection was excellent. We had a great time! There's a smoking area, but it's not well ventilated; as soon as there are several people, the smoke builds up and it's unpleasant. This could be improved, but otherwise it's fantastic.

Great service and people. I recommend it. The beer is cold and delicious.

Place Jules Guesde. It had been a long time since I'd left my indefinable melancholy here. Here, you hit rock bottom, and the solid, glassy depths of this pint are also part of it... It's the kind of small, neighborhood bar, weathered and worn by human wandering, where, over a pint, thoughts drift and project themselves, reminding us that a place is nothing without the imagination we project onto it. But... The large outdoor terrace is pleasant in summer, where your only natural companion and sole poetic element is a large plant branching out and contorting itself towards some unknown light. The dartboard on the wall is still there, and you can imagine the darts have taken some rather unpredictable trajectories. A narrow stage for concerts, a foosball table where balls clatter, a backyard that, following a row of recycling bins, leads you to a nice billiards room. But ultimately, there's just something missing...

I didn't like the gloomy atmosphere

A really nice bar on a pleasant little square in the summer. The bartender and the manager are incredibly friendly and always smiling, chatting with you and creating a great atmosphere. The drinks are very reasonably priced, one of the cheapest in Saint-Étienne. I recommend it for a night out with friends, especially since you can play darts for free, which can add some fun to an evening...
