What a super little restaurant just at the edge of the historic center of Pau. We have previously sampled their delicious food at Les Halles in Pau. But I am so glad we went to this cozy restaurant. The shrimp and coconut milk soup was fabulous, as were the nems. And the vegetarian noodles were filling and perfectly seasoned. Reasonable prices, lovely atmosphère; definitely a winner.

21/03/2026: Don't hesitate, it's the best around and even of all the caramel pork dishes, everything is good with a controlled and traditional taste and seasoning, top-notch service and very beautiful, unique dining room!
08/03/2026: The Red Dragon has become one of our go-to restaurants in Pau. Generous portions, excellent food, and unbeatable prices—we enjoy a delicious meal every time we go and always receive a warm welcome from the manager. I highly recommend it for lovers of Asian cuisine.
