Don't hesitate, it's the best around and even of all the caramel pork dishes, everything is good with a controlled and traditional taste and seasoning, top-notch service and very beautiful, unique dining room!

The Red Dragon has become one of our go-to restaurants in Pau. Generous portions, excellent food, and unbeatable prices—we enjoy a delicious meal every time we go and always receive a warm welcome from the manager.

My partner and I regularly eat at Le Dragon Rouge. We are delighted with the quality of the food and the service. The welcome is warm and friendly. We recently went as a family with the children, and we were all won over. We highly recommend this restaurant for its cuisine and service.
