You stumble upon Margaux, the delightful coffee seller from Coffea de Polygone, who explains that good coffees can be ground by them without altering the taste (electric grinders break it down more than they enhance it). So you opt for a beautiful Italian coffee maker—yes, yes, one that works on induction!—and two lovely double-walled glasses for Mr.'s espressos! And especially for his favorite: "...a rare Burmese coffee, both powerful in its initial taste, smooth in its aroma, and with a long finish." Hooray for true, discerning coffee lovers! An intergalactic coffee break guaranteed 🚀: cosmic decor, friendly service, and that ever-present little square of chocolate that makes it a treat. The drinks are fantastic, and with the free loyalty card, coffee and in-store purchases are cheaper… as if Polygone is saying “thank you for coming back” 😄. A relaxing stop in the heart of the center, between two shopping orbits.
