Delicious coffee, and that's what we ultimately ask for.

The pastries are extremely good. The coffee, however, has really deteriorated over time, despite the high prices. If you're just looking for coffee, I highly recommend going to other coffee shops. The smoothies are quite good. The place is very nice. EDIT: I've continued to try your coffee occasionally over the past few months, as has one of my friends. Unfortunately, your coffee has become generally more "acidic." But there's something else that makes me suggest going to other coffee shops for coffee: several times, the coffee was burnt. While I can understand that some people might enjoy very acidic coffee, the issue of burnt coffee isn't a matter of personal taste. I suspect you took my comment as a form of insult, given the passive-aggressive tone throughout your reply. I honestly suspect that one of your employees is unfortunately making mistakes when preparing the coffee (every time I go, it's this individual, who is otherwise very friendly, who perhaps doesn't regularly taste their coffee to "test" it, or perhaps doesn't particularly like coffee). Anyway, something to look into. All this to say, once again, that you have many other qualities, and that's precisely why I continue to go there occasionally. I won't contact you by email because, quite frankly, I'm not going to do the unpaid work of explaining in even more detail what's wrong. I wish you all the best, and I will continue to enjoy the products you make so well, especially the pastries.
