Colbeh sur Paris

The staff were so welcoming and friendly, which is really important to me. The place is simple but feels very warm and cozy. The service was good, and they even treated us to tea, which was a lovely touch! Regarding the food, it was actually better than many other Persian restaurants in Paris, though the flavors and design could be a bit more refined. My only small critique is the Salad Shirazi; it was mostly onions and the ratio of cucumbers and tomatoes was definitely off. P.S : please add Kashko Bademjan to the menu! Merci

A wonderful Yalda evening at the Iranian restaurant Kolbeh. We danced, we sang, and we shared moments filled with joy. The warm atmosphere, the live music, and the delicious food made for a truly unforgettable night.

This charming little spot, nestled in the heart of the Latin Quarter, is incredibly inviting. Located on a lively street, especially vibrant in the evenings, it exudes youthful energy and joy. Inside, however, the restaurant offers a soothing tranquility. The cuisine, original and flavorful, artfully blends Iranian and Armenian traditions. Highlights include an excellent kabab koobideh, an iconic dish of Iranian gastronomy, as well as a delightful variety of Iranian stews with rich, fragrant sauces that are never overly spicy. The service is as exceptional as the food: the staff is smiling, attentive, and warm. Every evening, Souren, the owner, performs live music on the organ and sings. French, Iranian, and Armenian songs follow one another in a relaxed and convivial atmosphere, sometimes punctuated by a few impromptu dance steps. A place to discover and rediscover. I go almost once a month, despite the distance.

the food was delicious and the atmosphere was so friendly I genuinely felt at home in Iran. I’m Iranian and the food transported me right back at home but my Italian partner also enjoyed the food and found the Ash very tasty. the waiter (Hosnna) could be my long lost friend in terms of warm and cozy behavior. they gave us complimentary drinks which was so persian coded :)) the live music was the highlight of the night for me because at some point when I was singing along with one of the songs they offered me the microphone and I sang along a very old song my dad used to sing for me. we ate good food and had a great time. I could’ve gave 6 stars if it was possible.
