The dishes are as delicious as ever, and the presentation is impeccable. You can tell the chef has poured all their passion and energy into creating them. The service is equally impressive, friendly and efficient. Even though the menu is small, everyone found something they liked. We're really looking forward to coming back.

The staff were very genuine and friendly, and the service was quick; however, the dishes were lukewarm or even cold and tasteless, and the waffle for dessert was undercooked.

Le Colbert has taken a very successful new direction and now offers bistro-style cuisine, featuring well-executed traditional French dishes, perfect for sharing (or not). All this in an elegant and welcoming setting. A truly wonderful place that I highly recommend.

The steak was interesting, the mushroom soup was divine, the foie gras could be better. Honestly, we like the wine pairing menu in 2024 more than the new menu, but definitely a nice restaurant!

Our reservation was for 7:15 PM. We arrived at the restaurant at 6:50 PM. They wouldn't let us in, saying, "We open at 7:00 PM." I found this strange. They could have let us sit inside until service time. Our early arrival shouldn't have surprised them so much. Apart from that, the food and service were excellent. I definitely recommend it. I will also strongly advise my friends to go there.

Excellent restaurant! The decor is beautiful and the food is delicious! We dined there as a group and had a wonderful time. The welcome and service were perfect. A great find in a quiet corner of Strasbourg.

17/01/2026: Delicious food at reasonable prices. Very friendly staff and a lovely atmosphere. Quiet conversation is possible even when the restaurant is full; the background music is very subtle, sometimes you can't even hear it. We'll definitely be back. Oh, and reservations are a must!
10/01/2026: A wonderful experience. The waiter was very friendly. The onion quiche, sauerkraut, and baba were excellent.

08/07/2025: A wonderful experience. Top-notch cuisine, as always.
29/06/2025: The menu's unique feature is that it changes about every six months. This time it was Brittany. 6 starters, 6 main courses, and dessert 🍨. Quite a selection, but don't go at the end of the season, which was my case; not everything was on the menu. The dishes are generous and well-presented. A nice wine list 🍷, though expensive. The wine offered with the Brittany menu was also no longer available 🫤. Service and bill were decent.
