Colombet sur Nyons

Small, beautiful village, the olive path is recommended.

An historic hotel perfectly located in Nyons. There is plenty of historical charm but the bathrooms are brand new and very well done. Breakfast is good and we ate great food on the terrace one warm evening. For the price you won’t do better.

Impeccable hotel, absolutely no complaints, whether in terms of cleanliness, welcome, owner, or staff. The staff is extremely friendly and always attentive to their customers. Thank you again to the entire team. Highly recommended 👍👍

We only ate at the restaurant. The food was decent, with nothing particularly original. But the dishes were good; the spider crab and the lamb were well-liked. Mediocre service. Disappointed by the crème brûlée for dessert, served in two small ramekins. The self-service cheese platter was unlimited, so everyone was putting their fingers in it. Hygiene was mediocre.

I had a wonderful stay at Le Colombet. The staff is exceptionally kind and attentive, always smiling and ready to help. The setting is charming, with a classic style that exudes character. The rooms are clean and comfortable: I had the chance to try two, one spacious, the other smaller, but both perfectly suited to my needs. I particularly appreciated the little touches: access to the café and dining area at all hours, as well as their flexibility and availability throughout my stay. A lovely place in Nyons, which I highly recommend for its warm welcome and authenticity.

We ate a very good meal, simple and very well-prepared. The terrace is spacious and very naturally shaded.
