Colombet sur Nyons

I'm sharing my experience solely for the restaurant. The welcome and service were pleasant. The setting is lovely and the location is excellent. Having lived in Nyons for six years, I've always wanted to try the food at this restaurant… We opted for the €36.80 set menu. The presentation of the dishes could be improved, and unfortunately, I was very disappointed with my main course…for a menu at this price, I don't understand why we had frozen vegetables! I could tell immediately from the texture and how the green beans were cooked. The lamb was excellent with its delicious sauce. The main courses and starters were very generous portions. But unfortunately, the value for money wasn't there, considering the side dish…the dessert was a delightful surprise. My overall experience was mixed…

Small, beautiful village, the olive path is recommended.

An historic hotel perfectly located in Nyons. There is plenty of historical charm but the bathrooms are brand new and very well done. Breakfast is good and we ate great food on the terrace one warm evening. For the price you won’t do better.

Impeccable hotel, absolutely no complaints, whether in terms of cleanliness, welcome, owner, or staff. The staff is extremely friendly and always attentive to their customers. Thank you again to the entire team. Highly recommended 👍👍
