29/06/2024: It took me a while to publish my review but it was close to my heart because we have such excellent memories of our experience! On vacation in the region, I can only recommend the address for anyone who likes to eat well and why not, drink well. A little nugget of discovery, totally fortuitous but unforgettable. A very friendly welcome with our 19 month old daughter. Without having asked for anything, brings us little books for our daughter. Top notch service. Very pleasant service and a person who knows his products, his producers and his wines. Very very nice. A kitchen like all the others with great values ​​(zero waste etc.). PS: I loved your toilets! 😉😊 Thank you for everything, you made our vacation better!

13/07/2024: Le Verre a Soie was exceptional fusion of French and Chinese -- the best of both. Get a reservation, they are only open a few days a week and they fill up fast. It was cool the night we ate here, so we chose inside, rather than the noisy terrace outside. It was peaceful and quiet with 100s of old, empty wine bottles everywhere. We started with a Serre Besson wine from Vinsobres; absolutely remarkable, and recommended by the owner. His wife handles the cooking. Menus are customizable so I started with some tempura fried prawns with a Chinese slaw salad. Next I had a white fish perfectly cooked and very tasty. The chicken tenders were delicious as well. Very affordable and exceptional cooking make this the best restaurant in Nyons.

23/02/2024: We loved the cuisine in this restaurant, an interesting menu with quality products and a big congratulations to the cooks, the menu was simply delicious from starter to dessert (which we had difficulty choosing because there were so many mouth-watering choice). Go there with your eyes closed and revive your taste buds, it's excellent. We will be back very soon.

02/07/2024: We waren dit jaar weer in Nyons en dus alle reden om weer even lekker Marokkaans te gaan eten omdat onze ervaring het vorige jaar heel goed was. Gastvrije ontvangst. Er was nu een groter terras op straat dan vorig jaar maar je kunt ook gezellig binnen zitten. gehaktballetjes met friet staan ook op de menukaart. Heerlijke robuuste Marokkaanse rode wijn gedronken. De tatjines waren heerlijk en de patisserie als nagerecht ook. Komen zeker weer terug! Complimenten.

24/06/2024: How wonderful it is to enjoy a good glass of wine and delicacies here. Great tables and chairs, not that sticky plastic stuff, with a nice view of the famous square. Super friendly and helpful owner, also reasonable in English if desired, who clearly enjoys that you are there and enjoying yourself. Delicious local products with an explanation of everything, including soup. In short, highly recommended.
