Colombet sur Nyons

A beautiful hotel right in the center of Nyons, lovingly furnished and decorated in a classic style, with great rooms featuring incredibly comfortable beds and large, modern bathrooms. The restaurant is fantastic, serving delicious food. The service is excellent, the staff always very helpful, and above all, the owner is incredibly kind and friendly! Highly recommended!

As always, a hotel with such a unique style, comfortable and welcoming, with a delicious restaurant and the charm of the terrace where water is served in tin pitchers. Excellent value for money and an ideal location. Air conditioning works perfectly.

It's a beautiful, timeless place in an equally timeless city. We're always warmly welcomed and happily return. The portions are generous and the food is healthy. I recommend it to anyone who enjoys disconnecting and relaxing. The region is splendid, especially for bike rides 🏍️ 😉

I highly recommend this charming establishment. Every time we visit Nyons, we book the Hôtel Colombet for our stay. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable with classic decor. The service is impeccable. We felt so at home! The staff is discreet and attentive. As for the restaurant, it's a wonderful place to discover. The dishes are delicious and generous. The service is perfect. We will definitely return on our next trip to Nyons. A nice bonus is the shaded parking lot opposite the hotel, perfect for motorcycles.

Hotel not tested. Quality restaurant, perfect service and excellent cuisine, featuring regional products. Good value for money. Only downside: the restaurant is closed Friday and Saturday...

We thoroughly enjoyed our meal today, with perfectly cooked lamb and vegetables, and extremely friendly staff. Thank you for a wonderful experience; it wasn't our first visit and we've never been disappointed.

Superb hotel in an ideal location, very professional welcome and exceptionally kind service rarely encountered.

Very friendly, you feel welcome. Would gladly come again.
