Colombet sur Nyons

It's a beautiful, timeless place in an equally timeless city. We're always warmly welcomed and happily return. The portions are generous and the food is healthy. I recommend it to anyone who enjoys disconnecting and relaxing. The region is splendid, especially for bike rides 🏍️ 😉

I highly recommend this charming establishment. Every time we visit Nyons, we book the Hôtel Colombet for our stay. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable with classic decor. The service is impeccable. We felt so at home! The staff is discreet and attentive. As for the restaurant, it's a wonderful place to discover. The dishes are delicious and generous. The service is perfect. We will definitely return on our next trip to Nyons. A nice bonus is the shaded parking lot opposite the hotel, perfect for motorcycles.

Hotel not tested. Quality restaurant, perfect service and excellent cuisine, featuring regional products. Good value for money. Only downside: the restaurant is closed Friday and Saturday...

A hotel with soul and charm. That's what we love... very clean. Very welcoming. Tastefully decorated. Very reasonable price. If you're looking for a cold, modern chain hotel, this isn't the one for you.

I'm sharing my experience solely for the restaurant. The welcome and service were pleasant. The setting is lovely and the location is excellent. Having lived in Nyons for six years, I've always wanted to try the food at this restaurant… We opted for the €36.80 set menu. The presentation of the dishes could be improved, and unfortunately, I was very disappointed with my main course…for a menu at this price, I don't understand why we had frozen vegetables! I could tell immediately from the texture and how the green beans were cooked. The lamb was excellent with its delicious sauce. The main courses and starters were very generous portions. But unfortunately, the value for money wasn't there, considering the side dish…the dessert was a delightful surprise. My overall experience was mixed…
