It's okay for a quick meal. But it's still a chain. I don't recommend the small savory toasts; they have very little flavor and the bacon is barely cooked. The rest is okay (especially the French toast, which is very good), but the hygiene leaves much to be desired. We politely asked for cutlery, and they placed it on the counter where there were still crumbs and where all the trays had been served.

I visited because they had iced Americano, and it was so delicious that I went back. The second time, perhaps due to a difference in the staff, it didn't taste quite as good as the first time, but considering the quality of the beans, it is excellent for the price. Someone below called it a "cheap" iced Americano... but as a coffee lover, it tastes better than iced Americanos in Korea.

I went to Columbus yesterday because I wanted a fancy drink without coffee. A tall waitress recommended the golden latte, and honestly, I was pleasantly surprised—it was delicious. I was glad she was the one serving me; she was lovely, always smiling, and really pretty. Top-notch service.

The cappuccino was good and the hot chocolate was very good (according to my son). I wanted to especially thank the waitress because my son had a small cut on his finger and she did everything she could to make sure it was quickly healed. Thank you again.

First time at a Columbus Café & Co. I received a warm welcome and was offered a suggestion for my hot drink, as I was undecided. 😅 A chocolate chip and coarse salt cookie. Delicious, both of my choices!
