Columbus Café & Co sur Rennes

Helpful staff! Great atmosphere at the establishment. Perhaps a little too crowded during peak hours. But otherwise, excellent, I highly recommend it!

Nice little café in the center of Rennes. Marie, who works there, was super friendly and always smiling. I had a cheesecake and a cappuccino, and they were delicious. Relaxed atmosphere, I recommend it.

When it comes to food, this old fogey rarely goes to coffee shops (and even then, almost exclusively for takeout), but I do occasionally visit this particular chain (in Rennes and elsewhere), and have done so for years. Over time, I've observed that politeness and friendliness are core values ​​at Columbus... and I find that particularly pleasant. This is especially true at their location on Place Sainte-Anne, where I'm greeted with a smile and efficiency every time (which is far from the norm at other places). As for the coffee (of which I'm a discerning and frequent consumer), it's very good, reliable, made with care, and sold at a reasonable price.

I love this place in Rennes! 😊💞 The service is always very, very pleasant, and the desserts are delicious. My favorite is the chai latte and muffins. You can sit inside or outside. And if you go down to the second lower floor of the place, you can enjoy soft sofas and board games 😉 I recommend visiting!
