I had a pleasant time at the Columbus café. The staff is professional and pleasant. There is a wide choice of cakes, sandwiches and drinks. It is possible to take in the form of menus.

You will always be warmly received, even when the crowd eager for their coffee arrives in droves. It's a welcoming team, always smiling, with complementary personalities, and always with the one-liner that makes you smile at any time of the day, while sipping the beverage of your choice, and where you can easily give in to the temptation of a little sweet pleasure! Rennes can be proud of such an establishment, it is more than a business, it is a lively and lively place thanks to the playlists chosen with care and taste, switching from one era to another (boomer who writes) . I can only warmly recommend the Columbus Café, for its authentic soul.

really incredibly great service.. (the woman with the black, shoulder-length hair was very nice!). Our special requests were taken into account and everything was delicious! 🫶🏼

I had a great time at the Columbus café. The coffee is absolutely delicious and the atmosphere is both warm and welcoming. The staff is attentive and always smiling, which makes the experience even more pleasant. It’s the perfect place to relax and enjoy a good cup of coffee. I highly recommend!

Les meilleurs muffins de Rennes, et leurs boissons sont délicieuses. De plus les serveuses et serveurs sont d’une grande gentillesse, et très patients : tout autant avec les enfants qu’avec les clients un peu plus hésitants… c’est vraiment un vrai plaisir d’y aller !

18/08/2024: Hello to you who read this! I went there with my best friend to try it and damn, we weren't disappointed. If you like boards, bread and nice atmospheres, this is the place for you. First of all, the principle is nice: make your own board. And it's when you see the choice available that you tell yourself that you're going to have to do some cardio to eliminate all that. A dozen cheeses, as many cold cuts, selections of the moment, spreads, vegetables (to make it look like we eat healthy😁). There are also ready-made boards, if you don't want to worry. The decor is very nice, with lots of nice frames. We gave up on the choice and... we couldn't finish. Luckily, they offer doggy bags because it would be a crime to ruin that. Special mention for the country terrine which sends out some paté😁 No, seriously, very nice. We will come back but this time, we will be reasonable. That said, the place is not very big so if you want to go there, remember to book, it costs nothing and it is possible to do that from their website.
18/08/2024: Place to improvise a cheese and/or pâté tasting within a menu. We were pleasantly surprised. You can see how they make it with great taste. Highly recommended.
