We had a most enjoyable culinary experience. The tasting menu is a true delight for food lovers and the curious. I must commend the chefs who guided my palate. The flavors were all there; there was never a dull moment. We even imagined how to recreate these flavors with other ingredients in our own cooking—a real awakening of taste buds. I thank the service, which was warm, professional, and pleasant. I'm only awarding 4 stars for the ambiance due to the lack of heating in the dining room during January. Special mention goes to the floating fir tree dessert with its morel mushroom crème anglaise.

Tonight, we tried the "carte blanche" menu: here, there's no long selection process, you trust the chef. The result: a real surprise, beautifully presented dishes, clean flavors, and a warm atmosphere. If you enjoy being guided and discovering new things, this is a place to try without hesitation.
