Very friendly staff. Decent menu, truffled ham croque monsieur was so-so, I remember a time when the portions were more generous.

Excellent breakfast: delicious croissant (it had been a long time since I'd had one so good), very good fresh orange juice, and good espresso. Reasonable price. Nice atmosphere. Friendly staff. The only slight drawback was the lack of plant-based milk for a cappuccino (they explained this was due to a lack of demand, which I can understand).

Visited the bakery section for takeout today. The girl didn't ask me which sauce I wanted, even though there were three choices... The cake wasn't well wrapped. And she hand-served me two slices of bread that I had to ask for after checking my order... A little disappointed!

The pâté en croûte is excellent and the people serving at the baggage claim are very friendly.

New review 01/26: Well, I'm removing two stars because the quality has declined over the years, much to my regret. The Mokxa coffee I used to love is now so poorly prepared. The machine is clearly miscalibrated, the espresso overflows, it's watery, and it's served with a spoon for eating yogurt... In short, I went to Mokxa in La Ciotat to drink a real espresso. You have good coffee, a nice machine, but you produce a very bad coffee. Only the pastries have remained consistently good over time. Oh yes, I almost forgot the haughty attitude of some of the waitresses... We could do without them. The best will always be Naima with her unparalleled business sense... I go there much less often than before because it's no longer in line with the prices charged... You have to be impeccable, which is no longer the case... What a shame. A grocery store where you'd like to shop every day, so many beautiful products... Of course, you need to have the budget to match. One of the best cafes in all of Lyon's 9th arrondissement. (Original review 2021) Edit new review (2023): Mokxa coffee is still just as good, the machine is perfectly calibrated, in short, this espresso is a real treat. The pastries are impeccably fresh and very good, especially the Paris-Brest and the tarts. In short, I've never been disappointed in several years. The staff is very welcoming and always attentive.
