Comptoir Saint-Michel sur Nancy

We chose this restaurant somewhat randomly. The food was quite good and the dishes were nicely presented. The waitresses were very friendly. The only downside was the particularly long wait. The waitress did apologize, however, which was appreciated.

Excellent restaurant. Original and flavorful cuisine, clearly handmade. The chanterelle and parmesan risotto was a great success. I recommend this establishment, which has reasonable prices. Friendly and efficient service. A few wasps kept us company, but they too were charmed by the quality of the food.

Excellent. Fresh, seasonal produce, beautifully prepared. We chose to have the cheese platter as an appetizer. A lovely selection from the Marchand brothers, a cheese affineur from Nancy.

Stopped here for lunch while mooching around Nancy. What a little gem we stumbled upon. The staff were so friendly, asked us if we wanted some colouring things for our toddler and some small toys, very thoughtful. The menu was small but quality which we will take anyday. We had the melon gaspacho to start (our three year old demolished it!!) then my husband had the beef tartare, delicious but slightly on the spicy side and I had the pasta with pesto, ham and burrata salad. All ingredients were incredibly fresh & tasty. We asked for an extra plate for our son to share my dish and it wasn't a problem. There were some banging tunes also coming from the kitchen which made us smile because they clearly enjoying their craft. Lovely lovely place.

Never disappointed. Whenever we're in Nancy, we don't look for any other restaurants. Everything there is perfect.
