**A lovely place that could do better** Discovered somewhat by chance during our visit to the city, we entered this restaurant hoping to recapture the atmosphere of a **chic brasserie**. The service was quite pleasant and professional, but the food was unfortunately rather average, certainly not up to the standard one would expect from an establishment of this caliber. It quickly became apparent that the problem lay primarily **in the kitchen**. Arriving at noon, some dishes were clearly not yet ready to be served. The lamb shanks, for example, were still undercooked… Perhaps the chef had trouble getting up on time that morning! :-) The cannelloni stuffed with salmon and cream cheese, meanwhile, were completely devoid of seasoning: no salt, no pepper, no herbs. A dish that was therefore sorely lacking in flavor. But the most bothersome aspect remains **the noise coming from the kitchen**. Because it's open, customers can clearly hear the conversations between the cooks, who regularly call out to each other and sometimes even resort to insults. This type of behavior is particularly inappropriate in a dining room where customers come to enjoy a meal in a setting that is supposed to be elegant and pleasant. In short, the potential is there, the service is quite good, but **the food, and especially the conduct of the kitchen staff, clearly needs improvement**. With more precision in the preparation of the dishes and a more professional approach, the experience could be significantly better.

Great find, friendly staff and very good food

Very good restaurant with delicious dishes at very affordable prices. Very friendly welcome and service. I had the lamb shank, which was truly exceptionally good. We would definitely come back here.

We stopped by for lunch. I highly recommend this place; the dishes we ordered were excellent value for money. They were beautifully presented, and the staff were friendly. What more could you ask for? If we're ever back in the area, we'll definitely be back.
