We had a very good lunch experience. We tried the traditional cassoulet dish and it was very tasty. The service and the atmosphere were also good.

In a pretty setting, in the heart of the City, very good restaurant: very fine dishes, very warm welcome. Justified quality ratio. We recommend it.

Excellent First the service, impeccable! Even though the owners were not there, the manager and waiters were all great. The place clean. Every time the water was emptied they refilled it. The food: SPECTACULAR. Rich, delicate, seasonal. The house wine, both red and white, is delicious. The dessert was also very good. They have products to sell on the premises! I recommend it 100%

We were staying in Carcassonne for a few days and kept coming back here. There is a lovely patio on which there is drink service (all of which were delicious). We went once for dinner and it was positively delicious. We ordered the Cassoulet and the Chicken with Risotto. They were each amazing, the chicken and risotto especially stole the show, a beautifully presented and well-balanced dish. We also sprang for dessert which was no disappointment, a chocolate-cake of sorts was extremely good. The price is certainly high, for drinks and food, but with service included is not too much. It is also worth noting that the price accurately describes the quality, and is a completely fair one to pay for such good food. HIGHLY recommend to anyone staying in or passing through the area.

Very good restaurant, however today I remain disappointed with the cassoulet which is cooked with Vendée beans due to the drought in the region (according to the chef). Beans are the basis of this legendary dish and Vendée beans have no place in the region's casseroles. The red “Comte Roger” vintage is recommended.
