A fan of Paries pastries, I have been very disappointed for several months. The cause, the discontinuation of raspberry feuillantine and hazelnut twist. Beyond their taste qualities, these pastries had originality. From now on, the pastry chef has refocused on a few classics: pain au choc, croissant, cookie, apple turnover which, for my part, make me much less dreamy to accompany my little coffee from Deuza. What should Mr. Pastry Chef do to bring these wonders back? SIGN: A slightly sad foodie 😥

Just amazing! We had a pear-chocolate cake (the Doréa) for my daughter's birthday during our vacation in Saint-Jean-de-Luz. In addition to being beautiful, this cake was excellent! Refined, fresh, neither too sweet nor not enough. We feel that it was prepared by real pastry professionals. Frankly, many pastry shops sell much more 'lambda' cakes at the same price (33 euros for 6 slices). I highly recommend Maison Pariès which offers real quality at a reasonable price.

The best Basque cake we have ever eaten.
When we arrived at the Itas Mendid campsite, we were allowed to taste the classic almond cream and enjoyed going to the Saint Jean de Luz shop where we had the hazelnut.
Favorite for the classic almond cream.

We had a pleasant time with the family where we were able to taste the different flavors of ice cream. We loved the mango/raspberry combo.

Crêpe froide, non cuite et sans goût. Pas à la hauteur de la maison Paries. C'est très décevant.
