The best Basque cake (cream for me, I can't speak for the others). The best pastries. The best ice cream (special mention for the pistachio and vanilla). A delight, a joy, an absolute must!

What a strange (bad?) idea to rearrange the window display to prioritize a seasonal product like ice cream! This doesn't call into question the quality of the products, but in our opinion, it makes the shop less welcoming and attractive.

We stumbled upon it while strolling through the streets of Saint-Jean-de-Luz, and the shop window caught our eye. We chose three small Basque cakes to try. Delicious! A wonderful find! Go without hesitation!

We stayed in Saint-de-Luz and went to Pariés to buy some treats. The Basque cream cake was delicious. We discovered the kanougas and the espelines, both so good that we bought some to share with friends in Toulouse. And on top of that, the service was efficient and very pleasant. Pariés' reputation is well-deserved!
