My goodness, what a feast for the eyes 🤑...and a real treat, delicious cakes like in the old days, finally a good traditional pastry shop...they're so rare these days...and clearly a success judging by the crowds...not to be missed under any circumstances...

Nothing beats a good pastry for a pleasant moment! A Paris-Brest shaped like an éclair (too sweet!) and a very good Mont Blanc for those who prefer it without alcohol. Shaded sidewalk on a mild summer day... not bad. Old-fashioned charm inside.

A magnificent late 19th-century tea room with superb decor. The pastries are delicious, the Paris-Brest is excellent, the Jesuit cake is decadent, and the macarons are divine. A must-visit if you're in Bayeux. Exemplary service, thank you for this wonderful experience, and congratulations to the entire team.

RESTAURANT LE POMMIER

30/08/2026: The staff was very friendly during our visit. Obviously they enjoy what they do. Food excellent in a wonderful atmosphere.
27/08/2026: In 9 days of Paris and little Bayeux, this was the absolute best meal of them all. Not only did it taste great but the presentation was fabulous
