Salmon was like a boil in the bag from the supermarket, with a bland sauce. Rice was over cooked and minimal veg. Creme brulé was good. Service was ok but slightly slow.

A warm welcome and a lovely touch for my partner's birthday. The dishes were delicious and beautifully presented. I highly recommend this restaurant.

The restaurant was recommend by the place I was staying with. On arrival I found the waiting staff polite and helpful and I was shown straight to my table. The menu seemed to cater for all and I had the lamb. I found the meal was fine but there seemed to be a lot of sauce with the meal which drowned out the other flavours. The vegetables looked a bit wilted or overcooked. The dessert was nice and overall the meal was ok.

This was a nice restaurant in the center of Bayeux. Service was warm and attentive. The menu was helpfully listed in French and English. We ordered from the set menu (appetizer/main or main/dessert or all three). My husband and daughter ordered the 7hr cooked lamb and I had selected the Normandy Fish Stew. We were excited to try Norman dishes but found the food to be very mild.

03/06/2026: A magnificent late 19th-century tea room with superb decor. The pastries are delicious, the Paris-Brest is excellent, the Jesuit cake is decadent, and the macarons are divine. A must-visit if you're in Bayeux. Exemplary service, thank you for this wonderful experience, and congratulations to the entire team.
27/05/2026: A beautiful bakery, pastry shop, and cafe with a very good selection, very friendly service, and fair prices. The croissants are sensational.
