Excellent value for money and above all the concern of the customers when the chef points out HIS mistake on 1 cooking and offers to satisfy the customer by sacrificing the dish he has just served and to start again, hats off, it's a great lesson in modesty and the worries in satisfying the customer to take care of the image of his establishment well done it's so rare that we absolutely must encourage this establishment where in addition the staff is pleasant it's enormous

Good quality and well-executed traditional recipes. We tried the Cassoulet and the Coq au vin, which were some of the best we tried on the trip to the south of France.

Restaurant half full, waitress doing her paperwork on the table and more than 30 minutes to get a tomato mozza as a starter. Baked potato with coq au vin, great, except that on arrival I had fries like all the customers. Too bad the rooster was very good but with fries...
Nice atmosphere with pretty paintings on the walls which are also for sale.
In the end, the saleswoman, despite having her head in her papers, managed to put the coffee that we did not consume from the table of 4 next door on our bill.

Passing through Narbonne,
This restaurant offers very good dishes including its excellent cassoulet.

Tonino stond er helemaal alleen voor toen wij er tussen de middag wilden eten: zowel in de keuken als voor de bediening, dus we moesten iets langer wachten, maar dat was de moeite waard! Een voortreffelijke coq au vin; een confit de canard met krokante korst en sappig van binnen zoals het hoort…. Goeie huiswijn erbij. En alles lekker no nonsence; een verademing tussen alle toeristen restaurants !

Accueil très chaleureux, cuisine de très bon niveau, bonne ambiance au calme en plein cœur du centre historique. Nous recommandons cette adresse ou tout est parfait, rien à redire.
