Coquille sur Montpellier

Just had coffee with my daughter and her friends, one of whom had an interview/exam coming up. The atmosphere is relaxing and very pleasant in the shade. The staff is welcoming and calm in this lovely neighborhood. It was perfect for us that morning. Thank you.

A lovely time. We went from an aperitif to dinner, and we're so glad we did. The service was top-notch, and the food was absolutely delicious. A must-try if you're ever in Montpellier. We'll definitely be back.

We arrived as a group of 10: 9 guys, 1 girl… needless to say, the restaurant staff must have wondered what they were getting themselves into. 😅 The result? Top-notch service, a smiling, patient team (seriously, well done 😅), always in good spirits, and excellent food from start to finish. We ate like kings, laughed all evening, and no one left disappointed. Thank you to the whole team for putting up with our boisterous bunch with such professionalism and good humor. We'll gladly come back… and we promise, we'll try to be a little better behaved (no guarantees). 😂 And a big shout-out to our waitress Charlotte!!

We were drawn in by the menu and the friendly service. The decor was very cute, so we sat down. I ordered a creamy orzo with prawns, risotto-style, with spinach ricotta, but I received a risotto with prawn rice but no spinach ricotta. I asked if this was normal, and they offered me a free side dish. I later learned the dish had been changed, but it was still good. My boyfriend ordered a very generous plate of frog legs, but they weren't cooked very well, which made him almost sick of having so much of it 😂. We wanted dessert, but the waiter only cleared half the table. Another waitress cleared the other half when she saw it hadn't been done. I asked her about desserts, and she left. We got tired of waiting to call a waiter for the dessert menu, so we left. I think we were unlucky and it could have been better, so I'm not saying you shouldn't go to the restaurant either.

Great restaurant! Excellent food, good wine, very friendly staff, I highly recommend it 🙂

We had a wonderful time; the food was excellent. Laura is passionate about her work, as is Brice, who has a great sense of humor. We highly recommend this restaurant.

Great service in a nice setting. However, the food really wasn't great. Duck overcooked, vegetables so over that they could have been from the day before.
