A very nice junior suite with a beautiful view of the hotel grounds. The staff were very friendly. The location is ideal, facing Lake Geneva and close to the city center.

We stayed for two nights at the end of July. Rooms 5230 and 5232. The hotel is currently transitioning out of the Hilton chain, so there was a bit of behind-the-scenes stress for the team, but overall it still suited our needs wonderfully. The rooms and the spa were fantastic, and we appreciated the Diamond member amenities. While it was a bit disappointing to miss out on the classic Hilton waffle maker at breakfast🤩, the Brioche French Toast was a fantastic alternative 😉😎. The people truly made the trip wonderful. A special thank you to the incredible staff who went above and beyond: Mr. Mark and Mr. Hakim on the phone, Ms. Lena at the reception, Mr. Bugatti and our wonderful driver from Cannes who drove us into town, apologies for not remembering the exact name, but I think it was Ms. Huriella—a very authentic Spanish Mediterranean name—was in the spa and she was very thoughtful and kind, Mr. Walid and Ms. Fouzia at breakfast, our fantastic housekeeping team, and at the Yacht restaurant the server Mr. Laurent —the evening lava cake with ice cream was a sweet highlight. People Do Make all the difference, and this dedicated team made our stay memorable. We are very grateful! Thank you and Best wishes on your transition. Thank You All 🙏

What a perfect location, walking distance to the Evian fountain, restaurants and the waterpark. The staff is also very polite and more than helpful.

I rarely mention staff members by name in reviews, but WALID truly deserves recognition. His professionalism, kindness, and dedication exceeded our expectations. He consistently provided exceptional service and made a real difference in our stay. Hilton is fortunate to have someone like him on the team. Thank you for making our family feel so welcome!

A very good hotel with welcoming, attentive, and helpful staff. It's a shame, however, that the air conditioning couldn't be properly adjusted and that there's no parking, which is a bit of a drawback. Despite this, we had a very pleasant stay. A special mention goes to Walid, who was wonderful and incredibly kind to us. He was particularly attentive and caring. A real plus for the hotel! We will gladly return.
