A very nice hotel. The service is impeccable. The restaurant staff is very helpful. Delicious breakfast with some gluten-free options. And a very good fitness center. The spa is also very good. The only downside is the soundproofing of the rooms. We could hear conversations in the hallway and the TV in the next room.

We stayed last weekend and I want to express my dissatisfaction with the food. The tables were low, plastic, and not covered with tablecloths. There were no flowers, no candles. My friend's head was right next to the fire hydrant (the table was near the concrete pillar). The very expensive main course was tasteless, and as a result, we didn't order dessert. Other guests and I had the same experience. Furthermore, the televisions in the rooms are outdated. The hotel doesn't offer any movie rentals. In short, the Hilton in Evian is disappointing. No compensation was offered for our complaints. On the other hand, the staff were friendly. We will not be returning.

The hotel is very well located for exploring the region and even visiting the Swiss border towns. Breakfast is really nice, especially thanks to the lovely staff; a big thank you to Walid, who was always there to help and offer great advice. Room service is also very convenient, especially after a long day of sightseeing and exploring.

A very good hotel in the center of Evian. The rooms are spacious and clean. The breakfast is good, and it's possible to order omelets or French toast in addition to the buffet. The staff is very helpful and friendly. It's a shame that access to the spa isn't free, even for Hilton Members, depending on the room booked. The €20 supplement per person is exorbitant for children, who can only access the small pool for one hour in the morning and two hours in the middle of the afternoon.

The real gem once inside! The young, friendly, and helpful team was very welcoming, and I thank Wallid for his availability and dedication – we loved it! Impeccable service! Spacious room with a balcony and quiet on the street side. Very nice terrace, convenient access, and of course, the parking is narrow and expensive for several days, plus the vehicle loading process is quite chaotic.

09/04/2026: Two years ago, we had a great experience having lunch here. That's why I returned with over 20 members of the Rapperswil-Jona senior citizens' club for lunch. The menu is concise and reasonably priced. A colorful salad was served promptly. The various main courses were excellent, though the portions were a bit too large for seniors. The service was attentive and friendly. Paying for each table was quick and easy.

19/05/2026: The dishes are very well-crafted, both in terms of taste and presentation. The amuse-bouches are delightful and perfectly awaken the palate. We also greatly appreciated the quality of the cooking, the subtle originality of the dishes, and the cheese platter, which was well-chosen, perfectly proportioned, and featured excellent, flavorful cheeses. The service, for its part, is minimalist, efficient, and discreet. Perhaps not exactly "warm" in the traditional sense, but nonetheless very pleasant, professional, and with a philosophy that maintains a sense of privacy for the guests, which is equally appreciated. We always return with great pleasure, for the food, the atmosphere, and the service staff.
09/05/2026: A beautiful place with very kind, welcoming, and friendly staff who serve excellent quality, very fresh dishes (try the perch from Lake Geneva!). I highly recommend it; the place is very classy. THANK YOU!
