This is a very special place, where the food is absolutely fantastic. I thought I knew what a steak tartare was until I ate one there! It was a new experience altogether! The meat was freshly cut, the herbs were grown in their garden and the fruits and vegetables were collected from the local farms. It was one of the best meals (and cocktails) we ever had. Our hosts are passionate and you can see and taste through their cuisine. We learned a lot from talking to them - Don't miss out if you are staying in the locality!!
