This place was great
When I came here on holiday a various amount of times I was astounded by the quality and THICKness of the pizza it was very filling and filled me up to my boots
On a different note. The staff were friendly accept from this one man, he was rude and not very polite and did not make me and my friends feel very welcome, I am disappointed and outright ashamed to be treated as bad as I did from this incompetent man
A description of this man would be that was balding, he had brown beard, brown eyes, and was dressed checkered jacket, he was around 5,9 in height and weight approximately 70kg, although could be more… he was also carrying around a jug of water
One indicident that happened between me and this worker was when I ordered some chips, I asked politely and used manners when asking the simple question off do you know where my chips are kind sir?, this rude individual then replied with “I have a whole restaurant I will get you your chips” in a very sharp and disrespectful tone, I would like to speak with this man and I request a formal apology for the way he made me feel that day.
That is all.
Furthermore, on a good note Cote Brune serves food straight to the heart and would go there again

He fell in love at altitude,
snowlight glittering on cutlery and glass,
with a ski-resort restaurant named Cote Brune,
warm as soup, bright as piste markers at dusk.
Its windows hummed with après-ski laughter,
tables blushed with wine,
and he—boots still clumsy, cheeks still red—
swore the menu was flirting back.
Oh Cote Brune, you smelled of rosemary and fries,
of melted cheese and promises.
He dreamed of long lunches,
of belonging,
of always knowing where to sit.
Then came the moment—
small, tragic, salted:
“Could I have the chips?” he asked,
softly, hopefully,
like a confession.
The waiter, male and sharp as ice,
answered with a shrug, a sigh, a look
that said you are inconvenient.
No smile. No mercy. Just frost.
And his heart cracked like thin snow
over hidden rock.
How could love live here
if kindness wouldn’t?
Still, he skis past sometimes,
pretending not to look,
pretending his chest doesn’t ache
like a cold bench at closing time.
Because you never forget

This place was great! When I came on holiday I came here a surplus amount of times and loved every minute. The staff were just so friendly and service was quick. Food was tremendous and the vibe was stupendous. Thank you cote brune.

The restaurant is very well located, the servers are very friendly, and the food is decent—not the best in the resort, but not the worst either. However, a major drawback is the owner, who speaks to customers like children, is very unfriendly, and never cracks a smile. And when we've finished eating, she clears the table, even though I haven't even finished my coffee. She can thank her staff, who are very friendly and smiling.

I never leave reviews, but this time I felt it was important to. We just ate there in February 2026 and had a wonderful meal! The fondue was excellent and homemade, the pizza was wood-fired, and there was a children's menu! Everything was truly delicious. The staff was pleasant. I don't understand the bad reviews; they're completely undeserved! Go without hesitation!

Incredible location right on the piste and pretty fast service. Slightly crusty unfriendly vibe from the managers but waiters are nice. The food is good but not superb and is expensive but its such a good location what can you expect. My ski's were stolen from the rack which is a bit upsetting but not the restaurants issue at all, just a heads up to be careful. They put a huge cover over when its snowing and its just a glorious location so close to the piste and lifts and shops etc.

After reading the reviews about the quality of the service and food, we were very skeptical about eating here. It turned out to be a very pleasant surprise. The food was really well prepared, and we were served by Sébastien, who was incredibly attentive, accommodating, friendly, and professional. It was a real pleasure to be served like that.
The interior is cozy and warm, and the kitchen staff were able to accommodate my request for a dessert. Thank you for this wonderful experience; we will be back.

In a warm and inviting setting with attentive and very pleasant service, we enjoyed the Beaufort cheese tartare and truffle ravioli yesterday, and it was an explosion of flavors! Thank you, and I can't wait to return very soon.

After reading some unpleasant and hateful comments from customers about this family-run brasserie, I feel I must be honest.
We received a very warm welcome from a waitress in a friendly, family-run setting right at the foot of the slopes. Despite a slight wait for our food (perfectly normal given the number of people who arrived at the same time), we had a very pleasant experience.
A big thank you to the entire team at Côté Brune for this lovely time. I highly recommend it! And of course, I encourage you not to waste your time reading hateful comments :)
