13/06/2026: I have mixed feelings about my first experience. The team is young and doing their job. I ordered a rare flank steak with green vegetables, following the waiter's recommendation that it was tender and not stringy. The dish arrived almost cold. The meat was blue, difficult to cut, and cold. The vegetables were tender, which is good, but they were sautéed and seasoned with something a bit strong. I expected them to be simply sautéed in butter, for example, as in many restaurants. The intended seasoning should be specified. The virgin mojito was more like lemonade. The mint had no real flavor. As a fan of this drink, I was disappointed by the lack of flavor. The worst part for me was the dessert: two scoops of ice cream. The glass was dirty, the first scoop was almost melted, and the second was tiny. In short, I'll hope for this restaurant's sake that my experience was exceptional, because one expects much higher quality when dining out.
