Cote d' Arguin sur Arcachon

A very peaceful hotel. We thoroughly enjoyed the spa, the treatments, the aquabike class, and the generous breakfast. We will definitely be back.

Very good hotel, well located. However, for the price of breakfast and for a 4-star hotel, you could avoid serving eggs from caged hens.

I went to Thalazur for the spa and the restaurant. I recommend it, it's a very pleasant place.

Mostly pleasant, though some staff could improve their smiles and service. The massages were often shorter than the advertised price, which was a shame. It was a bit chilly in February overall, both in the rooms, the hotel, and the spa. Otherwise, Arcachon is lovely and lively, with a good selection of shops, restaurants, etc.

We spent a weekend at this hotel in February. It was a wonderful hotel experience. The staff is very professional and attentive. From the bartender to the housekeepers, everyone is incredibly caring. It's a pleasure to see that there are still people for whom the hotel industry is a true calling and who maintain a strong sense of professionalism. The hygiene is impeccable throughout the hotel. The restaurant is magnificent with beautiful decor, and again, the staff is beyond reproach. The breakfast buffet is comprehensive, with a wide variety of choices. We will return to Arcachon and we will definitely stay at this hotel again. I find it regrettable to read some of the negative comments when they are unjustified.

A very pleasant stay. Spacious standard room with a balcony and separate toilet. A generous and varied breakfast. The restaurant was excellent, with a menu that changed daily. The aquatic area and thalassotherapy treatments were also of very high quality. The hotel, restaurant, and thalassotherapy staff were very helpful and friendly.

I've been to all the Thalazur spas, and it was at this one that I had one of the best massages of my life—and I mean it. Their signature massage was simply incredible. I had it with my mother, and we left feeling absolutely blissful. The masseuses were very skilled and lovely. The facilities are clean and modern. 10/10

It was a rainy day in Arcachon, so we opted for a very pleasant afternoon at Thalazur. For a few hours you have access to the pool, hammam, and sauna – great!

The establishment is extremely clean and well laid out, the staff are very friendly, the room overlooking the pool is perfect, everything is done for the comfort of the guests, the restaurant is very good with attentive staff, the spa is pleasant.
