A very beautiful, intimate, and original hotel, tastefully and carefully decorated. The room was adequate; in my opinion, it just lacked slippers to avoid walking on the carpet or having to request them for the spa. The setting is magnificent, and the pool is charming. The breakfast was very good and plentiful. A special mention goes to the very kind receptionist. I didn't try the restaurant. The location is excellent, away from the hustle and bustle of the beach and close to the train station. I highly recommend it.

A hidden gem! Pets are welcome. Ideally located in the Winter Town. Beautifully decorated room. Lovely furnished balcony. Generous and delicious bistro-style cuisine. Gorgeous pool area. Special mention for the Moroccan decorative touches. A big thumbs up! Gilles, Katia, and Ioda Cochard.

This place is just pure magic. I’ve never been to such a beautiful hotel. Romantic, beautiful, relaxing. You will feel like you’re in a movie! From the staff to the restaurant to the pool and the architecture and the area, Ville d’Hiver is a dream! Go here! Thank you so much for everything! ❤️

Fantastic hotel in a perfect location! The staff is always very welcoming, the rooms are beautiful, and the bedding is very comfortable. The services offered (swimming pools, breakfast, tea and coffee in the room) are much appreciated.

Beautiful setting, lovely architecture. Very friendly staff. Excellent location. Only one drawback: the restaurant. Aside from the fact that nearly half the dishes on the menu weren't available, the food wasn't good! The shallot tatin: the shallots weren't cooked properly, so they weren't caramelized at all. The kidneys weren't grilled and were overcooked, etc. In short, it's a shame.

Very nice hotel located in the beautiful neighbourhood of Ville d’Hiver. The building is in the same style of the villas around, with a nice garden and authentic atmosphere. Room was fine but on the old side, with just an heater that made it or super warm or very cold. They are super dog friendly which is a great plus and the ratio between quality and price is quite good. Location is also great to go to the center, just 5-10 minutes walk. Parking a bit small but electric charging which is a great plus. Some of the receptionists do not speak a word of English, which is quite surprising for the place and the quality of the hotel. In general those working there are very friendly. Finally a real gem is the restaurant, excellence food and wine selection and great service.

We had a wonderful time! The staff is very welcoming and friendly, the breakfast is excellent value for money, and the rooms are well-maintained and ideal. We spent a superb morning at the spa. We highly recommend the Winter Town Hotel.

A magnificent establishment. The restaurant is a true invitation to culinary delights. Everything here is perfect. The staff is helpful and friendly. The quality of the dishes is remarkable. We enjoy ourselves every time we visit.

Spacious room with a balcony on the second and top floor, under the eaves. Very nice bathroom. Please note there is no elevator. The room does not have a refrigerator.
