Beautiful setting, lovely architecture. Very friendly staff. Excellent location. Only one drawback: the restaurant. Aside from the fact that nearly half the dishes on the menu weren't available, the food wasn't good! The shallot tatin: the shallots weren't cooked properly, so they weren't caramelized at all. The kidneys weren't grilled and were overcooked, etc. In short, it's a shame.

Very nice hotel located in the beautiful neighbourhood of Ville d’Hiver. The building is in the same style of the villas around, with a nice garden and authentic atmosphere. Room was fine but on the old side, with just an heater that made it or super warm or very cold. They are super dog friendly which is a great plus and the ratio between quality and price is quite good. Location is also great to go to the center, just 5-10 minutes walk. Parking a bit small but electric charging which is a great plus. Some of the receptionists do not speak a word of English, which is quite surprising for the place and the quality of the hotel. In general those working there are very friendly. Finally a real gem is the restaurant, excellence food and wine selection and great service.

We had a wonderful time! The staff is very welcoming and friendly, the breakfast is excellent value for money, and the rooms are well-maintained and ideal. We spent a superb morning at the spa. We highly recommend the Winter Town Hotel.

A magnificent establishment. The restaurant is a true invitation to culinary delights. Everything here is perfect. The staff is helpful and friendly. The quality of the dishes is remarkable. We enjoy ourselves every time we visit.

Spacious room with a balcony on the second and top floor, under the eaves. Very nice bathroom. Please note there is no elevator. The room does not have a refrigerator.

Good restaurant: generous and delicious portions (the tuna steak is excellent), very nice setting. One star less because the menu hasn't changed; it's a shame there haven't been any new dishes for a while.

Disappointing food. Cold dishes. Meat slightly burnt (cooked on a grill?!), and above all, the cheesecake was ABSOLUTELY nothing like a cheesecake. A shame for the price. We won't be back.

A lovely place with attentive staff who provide excellent service...the only drawback is the parking lot with only 6 spaces, so it's first come, first served. Overall, excellent service and well worth discovering.

A very nice hotel with a warm welcome.

Although it was a high-end restaurant, we were greeted and treated very kindly in our cycling gear after I asked, even though this didn't seem to appeal to all the guests. The food was excellent and the price-performance ratio was also right.
