Very pleasant, clean and comfortable place

I stayed at the Thalazur Arcachon hotel and was particularly impressed by the quality of service. The welcome was warm, and the staff was available and attentive to every detail. I especially appreciated the courtesy and professionalism of Lola at the bar, who created a friendly atmosphere while remaining highly professional. This genuine focus on customer satisfaction perfectly reflects the spirit of the establishment and contributes to a remarkable experience. The experience was so enjoyable that I chose to extend my stay by five more nights.

We booked a romantic weekend getaway. Unfortunately, upon arrival, we clearly didn't receive all the necessary information! Access to the spa was poorly signposted, and without any explanation, we were a bit lost... and when we asked on level -1, we felt like we were bothering the person there. It's a shame... this needs to be addressed... Otherwise, the stay was very pleasant; the room was perfect with a balcony.

A very peaceful hotel. We thoroughly enjoyed the spa, the treatments, the aquabike class, and the generous breakfast. We will definitely be back.

Very good hotel, well located. However, for the price of breakfast and for a 4-star hotel, you could avoid serving eggs from caged hens.

I went to Thalazur for the spa and the restaurant. I recommend it, it's a very pleasant place.

Mostly pleasant, though some staff could improve their smiles and service. The massages were often shorter than the advertised price, which was a shame. It was a bit chilly in February overall, both in the rooms, the hotel, and the spa. Otherwise, Arcachon is lovely and lively, with a good selection of shops, restaurants, etc.

We spent a weekend at this hotel in February. It was a wonderful hotel experience. The staff is very professional and attentive. From the bartender to the housekeepers, everyone is incredibly caring. It's a pleasure to see that there are still people for whom the hotel industry is a true calling and who maintain a strong sense of professionalism. The hygiene is impeccable throughout the hotel. The restaurant is magnificent with beautiful decor, and again, the staff is beyond reproach. The breakfast buffet is comprehensive, with a wide variety of choices. We will return to Arcachon and we will definitely stay at this hotel again. I find it regrettable to read some of the negative comments when they are unjustified.
