Good food and excellent service.
As is typical for the area, the restaurants aren't air-conditioned, which is why I'm only giving it three stars for the atmosphere.

A wonderful experience in a charming setting. The colors are magnificent. I had lunch there with my husband, who was delighted. The food was excellent, made with fresh ingredients, and above all, we received excellent service. The waitress was very attentive, making sure we had everything we needed. Thank you. We will definitely be back.

Having eaten there on a Sunday at lunchtime, the atmosphere was pleasant and calm. The staff were very friendly and attentive. Everything we ordered was excellent: from the sangria to the panna cotta, including the homemade aioli and especially the calamari à l'armoricaine, the best I've ever had, cooked to perfection. The portions are generous, all for a very reasonable price (set menu including starter, main course, dessert + wine + aperitif for around €70 for two...). If you're in the area, don't hesitate to stop by!

Excellent place to eat fish: very warm welcome and the Arcachon bouillabaisse is excellent and generous (we are from Marseille, it has nothing to envy from its Marseille counterpart!!)

While looking for a restaurant, I encountered a wagging dog at the entrance of Calypso – for me, the most charming and heartfelt way to be invited in. It was a fabulous dinner: oysters and moules au frites, typical French fare in the coastal town of Arcachon.
