A meal without a single false note!
An incredible address in Cancale where you can enjoy refined and unusual dishes.
We were generally won over by the menu and thoroughly enjoyed the flavors and combinations offered.
From the appetizers to the dessert, each dish was a total success.
The relatively calm atmosphere of the place is pleasant and allows you to enjoy the view. The staff is attentive, very friendly, and attentive to personalized attention.
The only note is that due to some dietary restrictions, it's important to carefully study the menu before booking (there are no vegetarian options, and on some menus, the starters offered may not be suitable for pregnant women, for example). Be sure to check carefully before going.
For my part, I found what I was looking for and I will gladly return. In any case, I warmly recommend this place.

The location is exceptional, offering breathtaking views of Cancale Bay and Mont Saint-Michel.
The quality of the cuisine offered in this restaurant is on par with that of a Michelin-starred restaurant. A special mention goes to the lobster ravioli, which are simply divine.
The service is impeccable, alternating between experienced servers and very friendly young staff.

We arrived as a couple on the evening of Tuesday, June 10th, and were welcomed by a young, dynamic, and very professional team. The decor is refined and elegant, and the atmosphere very pleasant. We were comfortably seated, with the highlight of this restaurant: the breathtaking view of Cancale Bay.
A small note: the order of reservations determines the seating, so the later you book, the further back you are logically seated from the bay window. But this arrangement seemed fair to us, and the view remains enjoyable wherever you are.
We chose the Jersey menu for €55, a real bargain considering the quality of what we enjoyed!
As an aperitif, we had a local beer and a blackberry kir cider, not too sweet, very well balanced.
For starters:
For me, the lobster ravioli (with a €12 supplement, understandable given the quality): real pieces of lobster, a delight.
For my companion, a very well-executed vitello tonnato.
The portions were generous, the presentations were meticulous, and the flavors and textures were balanced—it was refined without being overly complex.
For the main course, we both opted for the cod. It was flavorful, smoked to perfection. The hollandaise sauce, served in a polished oyster shell, added a beautiful visual touch. It was so good that we first enjoyed the fish on its own to fully appreciate its flavor.
The desserts were equally remarkable:
My companion had the strawberry-ginger financier.
For me, the chocolate-buckwheat, a real revelation! Intense, original, a perfect pairing.
I also had a glass of white Chablis, which was very present on the palate but didn't overpower the delicate taste of the fish.
At the end of the meal, we were treated to some thoughtful touches: Breton pebbles and a cocoa-buckwheat crisp verrine, perfect with coffee.
The owner came by the dining room to make sure everything was going well—warm and friendly, just like all the Bretons we met during our stay. Thank you for this wonderful evening, courtesy of two delighted Brussels residents 😁
