Very nice culinary experience with food and wine pairings. The chef and his brigade are on the job, very gently and the result is there. A downside on the tuna belly and the lamb which for my taste are a little too nervous. The 2 sweet dishes are to die for.

Chefs Julien and Nicolas take us into their kitchen, in every sense of the word. Visually, the plates are beautiful and we can admire during our dinner, the brigade in action with this open space. Taste-wise, full of surprises and great discoveries. An explosion of flavor. Seasonal cuisine that makes you want to come back to try other dishes... The service is welcoming and professional, a great time spent!

It is undoubtedly one of the best addresses, if not the best, in the Basque Country. All stars combined, this was the best lunch we've had in a long time. The choice of the 5-course tasting menu was very copious, based on excellent tasty products and generous portions, including the sauces that we leave for you at the table! The appetizers were fine, fresh and delicious (small eggplant tartlet, fresh squid from Ciboure, Txangurro with fennel, tuna carpaccio with wasabi sorbet). Next came a nice portion of Lotte and a Langoustine and finally lamb from the Basque country before tackling the desserts as sophisticated as they were succulent and not very sweet. Describing the menu in detail would be too long but we had an excellent time with quality local cuisine prepared by 2 young chefs. Well done to the whole team.

Let yourself be surprised because you will only have the choice of the number of dishes... From the appetizers, the taste pleasure begins and the succession of dishes confirms the talent of the chefs, it is delicious, light without being too original in the combinations of tastes, just what is needed to please yourself. The service is impeccable, the sommelier gives good advice. The atmosphere is pleasant with a room which overlooks the kitchen with its discreet and efficient ballet. The tables are spaced far enough apart so as not to be disturbed by the conversation of other guests. A good evening . I recommend .
