It may be a hotel restaurant but what good food is there?
I had the “evening” menu:
Seafood casserole
Pureed sausage
Cheese plate
All accompanied by red wine from the pitcher.
I loved it.
The casserole is not at all ready and the homemade mash (you can see it like it feels) were simply excellent.
A big thank you and well done to the chef.
Too bad it's only for one evening.
