Wedding anniversary As a couple, we received a special gesture, including a bouquet of roses. Thank you to all the wait staff for their attentive service, regardless of wealth. And let's not forget the often-overlooked kitchen and reception staff.

A superb restaurant, legendary for its history. The welcome and service are exceptional. One small disappointment prevented it from earning a fifth star: the filet mignon was overcooked and a little dry. However, my sea bream was divine. A shame.

Maxime and Mickael were incredibly attentive: the service was impeccable and thoughtful. The Inspiration menu was amazing; everything was delicious and refined from the appetizers to the desserts. We thoroughly enjoyed this experience and highly recommend it.
