A visit to Courtepaille Béziers last Friday: what a pleasant surprise! When entering this type of brasserie (franchises like Courtepaille, Buffalo Grill, 3 Brasseurs), you generally don't expect anything in particular except quick service. But here, as soon as you step through the door, the aroma of wood-fired grilling wafts up to your nostrils, and you can see the grill master right in front of you! The scene is set. A great wine list, excellent culinary offerings, delicious grilled meats—we had a wonderful time. The waitresses were very professional, and the manager was attentive and did a great job leading his team. Thank you for this meal, this discovery; we'll be back.

The New Year's meal was very good, but it was a real shame that it was cold. Eating in a coat in a less-than-ideal restaurant was the only downside of the evening; it's a real shame they didn't think about the customers.

15/11/2025: A humble place that houses dishes worthy of a fine dining establishment. The waitress was helpful, friendly, and very attentive. We ordered a set menu and were pleasantly surprised by how delicious and beautifully presented the food was. The local wine was excellent. Highly recommended.
09/11/2025: A welcoming owner, just like everyone else in this great brasserie! A chef full of ideas for varying the menu with succulent innovations. Well worth the detour. Remember to book just in case...
