A bit of a long wait for a grilled andouillette and yet there weren't many people. Waitresses lacking naturalness. We have to ask them to say certain phrases to customers at certain times during the meal but it sounds so wrong. We hear them say these same sentences at every table! No customization, no naturalness... Too bad. And stop having dishes served by cooks who come out with their gloves, their cap and their plastic apron... it feels like a surgeon entering!

Warm welcome. Simple and tasty cuisine. Very good meat. If we pass through Chanas again, we will come back.

At reception, Marie-Laure helped me very kindly by finding someone to transport me to Lyon... So huge THANK YOU. The meal was very good and inexpensive...a little more generous, it would have been perfect! Go there without hesitation!!! Babou from Novels.

Wir sind seit Jahren auf der Durchreise im Courtepaille Chanas essen gangen. Nachdem es im letzten Jahr geschlossen war, waren wir gespannt wie es nach der Neueröffnung sein würde. Wir wurden positiv überrascht. Unsere Kellnerin gab sich sehr viel Mühe. Es hat alles geklappt und das Essen war lecker.

Seit der Wiedereröffnung hat sich hier vieles zum Guten geändert! Wir wurden sehr nett und kompetent bedient. Die Speisen waren durchwegs sehr schmackhaft. Einziger Kritikpunkt: Die Weingläser sind doch eher etwas klein geraten! Speziell wenn jemand nur ein Glas Wein möchte. Macht weiter so! Ihr seid auf dem richtigen Weg.

31/08/2024: What a nice surprise this restaurant is! From the outside you might think of a roadside restaurant (which is already good!), but Cache piou goes way beyond that! Firstly, 2 large air-conditioned rooms, an outdoor terrace. Modern decor. Very warm welcome, impeccable service. We feel that the staff takes great care of the customers. Hearty and truly excellent meal! The chef masters his art perfectly. Price wise. We started with two aperitifs served with tapenade and a few slices of bread, then beef carpacio and charcuterie plate. Then fresh cod fillet and lamb shank to finish with two chocolate fondants for 84 euros for two, which is very reasonable compared to the services. I highly recommend this restaurant. You will not be disappointed
