It's incredible, perfect, nothing to say

Personally, we've been going to this Courtepaille restaurant for over 15 years and have always been satisfied with the service and the food. Occasionally, we see a mistake with the cooking of the meat, but nobody's perfect; it happens at home too. The staff is very courteous and attentive to the customer. And of course, there's the owner, Patrick, who has been running the place for several years. He's charming and very sociable with his customers. We go there regularly and are never disappointed. We highly recommend the duck confit and, of course, the andouillette sausage, but everything else is always very good.

I had been staying across the street at the Mercure and wasn't all that happy with the dinner on my first night there so I decided to try Courtepaille. I know it's a chain and I've always been curious what it was like inside one of these restaurants since you see them all around France. When I arrived at 6:30pm (18h30) I was told that dinner service started at 7:00pm (19h00) but the manager graciously seated me (and the people who came in just before me) The manager was polite and friendly and immediately took drink orders while the kitchen started up the wood fired grill. Overall, my burger was cooked perfectly - the staff was efficient, polite and friendly and for a restaurant chain on the side of the freeway (A7) I would not hesitate in stopping at one of these again if I was simply looking for a clean good place for a quick meal. I'm glad I checked it out and wouldn't hesitate in stopping in again.
