31/05/2026: The food was very good, but the large mixed cheese platter could have had more varieties, as there was only one small cheese.
Otherwise, the meals were very good.
30/05/2026: A pleasant moment, a good meal, a young team that nonetheless took great care of us. Even the grill chef himself brought our plates to us so they would be hot as soon as he had finished preparing them, right after we had finished our starters.

29/04/2026: The welcome at breakfast was appalling. This person, clearly upset that morning, practically threw me out. It's shameful to be treated like that in a hotel. I advised this person to find another line of work. However, given the previous reviews, I'm not surprised. Avoid this place.
27/04/2026: Old hotel, clean, but so dated. The location along the Route de Soleil is ideal, though.

07/06/2024: Nous mangeons très souvent Au Bois d'Aval et toujours un plaisir.
Tout est bon et nous avons toujours des difficultés pour choisir.
Nous recommandons
12/05/2024: De retour de vacances nous décidons de faire un stop afin de manger. Après avoir lu les avis nous décidons de choisir ce restaurant. Nous sommes agréablement surpris. L’accueil est très chaleureux. Nous sommes invités à manger sur une petite terrasse. Je choisis la galette hamburger, un délice et les frites croquantes et très bonne. Le reste de la famille choisissent une pizza qu’ils ont tous apprécié.
L’année prochaine nous referons à nouveau étape là-bas.
1
