Found this restaurant when we were passing through. The meat was absolutely fantastic. The staff was very nice. The meat is cooked over a large grill that is in the restaurant.

Meh. Disappointed. Apart from the smiles and friendliness of the waiters, nothing was great except for the small welcome salad. The burger was bland, the meat was processed, the brioche bun had no flavor, and the fries were a joke. They've even replaced the "gourmet coffee" with something else entirely; the coffee itself was awful. The men's restroom is okay, a bit dated, but don't look too closely—they're full of cobwebs.

We ate lunch and dinner yesterday because we were stuck. Yesterday was fine, but today we were disappointed... the "mixed" platter was less generous than yesterday, notably no cheese and just a small piece of pâté. There was a wait for dessert, but the waitresses were smiling... thank you.

A truly delightful moment thanks to Léna's service! This young woman is like a little butterfly, flitting about with a smile and genuine pleasure among her customers! It's so obvious! She brightened our evening! A fleeting yet vibrant encounter that makes us want to come back and see her again! Thank you so much for this wonderful evening!

Boulangerie Ange Avignon

18/09/2026: Pleasant terrace, ...except when a driver honks right next to it.
30/08/2026: We went for lunch after exploring the area, and it was a great choice. The food was delicious; all three dishes we ordered were beautifully prepared and full of flavor. The presentation was worthy of a Michelin-starred restaurant. You could tell the ingredients were high quality. We had the orange chicken, for which they kindly substituted potatoes (which were delicious) instead of carrots, the gnocchi with a flavorful lemon sauce, and the daily special (Bavette) with some of the best mashed potatoes I've ever tasted. The staff was also very friendly and the service was prompt. It's definitely a great choice if you're looking for good quality French food.
